This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase through the Services, use our mobile applications, or otherwise communicate with us.

We strictly comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

1. Personal Information We Collect

• Contact details: Name, address, phone number, and email address.
• Account information: Username, password, nickname, avatar, preferences and settings.
• Financial information: Payment card information and transaction details. All payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or Shopify Payments — we do not directly store your credit card numbers or bank account details.
• Device information: Device model, OS version, unique device identifiers, IP address, browser type.
• Usage information: Access time, duration, feature usage, how you interact with the Services.
• Permissions: With your authorization, Bluetooth connectivity for device pairing (TidalSpace app only).

Important: We do not collect your chat content with AI characters. Your conversations remain private.

2. How We Use Your Personal Information

• Provide and improve Services: Process payments, fulfill orders, manage your account, provide AI character chat and Bluetooth device connectivity.
• Security and fraud prevention: Authenticate accounts, detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Marketing: Send promotional communications (with your consent). You may opt out at any time.
• Experience optimization: Analyze usage data to optimize features.
• Legal compliance: Comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms.

3. Third-Party AI Service

To provide AI chat functionality, your conversation content is sent to Google Gemini (provided by Google LLC) for processing and generating responses. We do not send your personal identity information to this third-party AI service. We do not use chat content for any model training or improvement.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who perform services on our behalf (payment processing, cloud storage, fulfillment and shipping). Other than the AI service described above, we do not share your chat content with any third party.

5. Information Storage and Security

Your data may be stored on servers in the United States and other regions. We adopt industry-standard technical and management measures to protect your information.

6. Your Rights

• Right to Access: Request access to personal information we hold about you.
• Right to Delete: Request deletion via "Me > Settings" in the app, or email privacy@tidalspace.tech.
• Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Right of Portability: Receive a machine-readable copy of your data.
• Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell your personal information.

We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days.

7. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have additional rights including Right to Know, Right to Delete, Right to Correct, and Right to Non-Discrimination. To exercise these rights, email privacy@tidalspace.tech. In the past 12 months, we have collected: Identifiers (email, phone number), Device information, Usage data. We have not sold any personal information.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will promptly delete it.
